Last week, Year 5 travelled back in time to the 14th October 1066 when the great Battle of Hasting took place upon a hill! Unfortunately it didn't turn out so well for the Anglo-Saxons and poor Harold got an arrow to the eye! Here are a few photos and a special video from the day. The children had a great time re-enacting all the battle techniques and looked very medieval in their attire! Thank you for all the effort and support at home!
