It was a truly 'Magical Monday' yesterday.
The day started with a special assembly led by our MPs, who launched the fabulous, festive activities.
Classrooms then became Christmas Cinemas, as each room showcased a different festive classic and the children could choose which film they wanted to see. They enjoyed popcorn as a treat to accompany their film. During this time, our Friendly Frogs (Nursery) showed off their best dance moves as they enjoyed their Christmas party morning.
It was then time for Christmas Crafts, with festive tunes and, of course, a very special visit from Santa, who delivered presents to each class to help enhance their wet breaktime boxes and provision. Thankfully, the children (and staff!) were on Santa's good list! Thank you to our wonderful Friends of Fairfield for helping Santa to provide the gifts- the children loved them!
It was a fabulous conclusion to a fantastic term today as the children enjoyed more festive celebrations during 'Twinkling Tuesday'.
Our whole-school Christmas quiz, games with friends, Christmas crafts, bauble hunts, music and parties on the playground made 'Twinkling Tuesday' truly special.
From December 1st, the school has looked a real, winter wonderland with lots of fabulous decorations.
